Each set is made to order, so please allow us 7-10 business days to make and ship your order.

Delivery: Once shipped, items typically arrive within 6-9 business days. Every order is shipped with a tracking number and can be tracked online.

Taxes & Tariffs: Please shop at ease! For all customers (including those in the U.S.), we use a duty-prepaid express service. We take care of customs clearance and all associated taxes/duties on your behalf—no hidden fees upon arrival!

Lost Package Guarantee: While we have no direct control over international mailing services, your peace of mind is our priority. If a package is lost during shipping and the express company confirms the loss, we will bear the loss 100%, and send you a completely identical replacement package at no extra cost to you.

To maintain the highest sanitary standards for all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a set has been shipped. 

Because each set is custom-crafted, we kindly ask you to double-check your nail measurements using our Sizing Guide to ensure a perfect fit before placing your order.

Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds are only eligible before your order has been shipped. Once your sets are in transit, we can no longer cancel the order.

Defective or Damaged Items: We take immense pride in our quality control, but if your items arrive defective or damaged, please report it to us via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage so we can do our absolute best to resolve the issue for you immediately.
