How to find my nail size?
Measure: Lay a piece of tape across the widest part of your nail and press down to account for any curvature. Mark the edges with a pen.
Record: Place the tape on a ruler and measure the distance in millimeters (mm). Repeat for each finger.
Match: Select the corresponding kit below:
XS: (14, 10, 11, 10, 8) S: (15, 11, 12, 11, 9)
M: (16, 12, 13, 12, 10) L: (17, 13, 14, 13, 11)
If most of your nails fit one of the size kit, and the deviation of the rest fingers is less than 1 mm, choose the size kit that fits your most fingers.
Custom Sizing (No Extra Cost): If your measurements don't match our standard kits, please contact us for a custom size order. We believe a perfect fit should be a standard, not a luxury!
What’s your shipping, refund and lost package policy?
Shipping: We ship worldwide, and provide free shipping service for orders over 38 USD. For orders under 38 USD, a flat shipping fee of 9 USD will be charged at checkout.
Delivery: Once shipped, items typically arrive within 6-9 business days. Every order is shipped with a tracking number and can be tracked online.
Taxes & Tariffs: Please shop at ease! For all customers (including those in the U.S.), we use a duty-prepaid express service. We take care of customs clearance and all associated taxes/duties on your behalf—no hidden fees upon arrival!
Lost Package Guarantee: While we have no direct control over international mailing services, your peace of mind is our priority. If a package is lost during shipping and the express company confirms the loss, we will bear the loss 100%, and send you a completely identical replacement package at no extra cost to you.
Refunds & Returns: To maintain the highest sanitary standards for all our customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a set has been shipped. Refunds are only eligible before your order has been shipped. Once your sets are in transit, we can no longer cancel the order.

Each set has 10 handmade pieces. Because we focus on a "perfect fit" philosophy rather than mass-produced 24-piece kits, we highly encourage you to follow our sizing guide before placing your order to ensure your set feels like a natural extension of yourself.

Note: Due to international air express restrictions, we cannot ship alcohol wipes or liquid glue to certain regions. If liquid glue is restricted in your country, we will automatically include additional sheets of sticky tabs as a replacement to ensure you can still enjoy a perfect application.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes. Because we use high-end salon products, our nails are strong and designed for multiple uses.
With Tabs: Simply peel off the old adhesive from the back of the nail. You can reuse them indefinitely.
With Glue: Gently file away excessive glue residue from the underside after removal.
Pro Tip: If you are new to press-ons, we recommend starting with sticky tabs to ensure the easiest removal and maximum reusability.
How long do they stay on?
Longevity depends on your lifestyle and how well you prep your natural nails:
Sticky Tabs: Up to 10 days (Ideal for temporary wear or weekend events).
Nail Glue: Up to 3 weeks (Perfect for long-term, durable wear, re-glue if needed).
Will my set look exactly like the photo?
Yes. Your set will feature the exact design shown. However, because every stroke is hand-painted/crafted, please expect slight, beautiful variations. These are the marks of authentic, handmade art.
What if I lose a nail?
Life happens! We offer replacement nails for all our designs. Simply reach out to us, and we will help you complete your set again.
Can I request a different shape or length?
Absolutely. Most of our designs are open to customization at no extra cost. Please contact us via live chat, email or DM before placing your order to ensure we can perfectly execute your vision.
How to apply?
Prep: Gently push back your cuticles with the cuticle pusher. Avoid touching your natural nails after prep to prevent oil transfer.
Texture: Buff the surface of your natural nails lightly. Wipe clean with an alcohol/ cleaning pad.
Apply: Apply the adhesive (glue or tabs) to your natural nail, placing the press-on just under the cuticle line.
Set: Press firmly for 30 seconds to ensure a secure bond.
Protect: Avoid contact with water for 2 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
How to remove?
Soak: Submerge your hands in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes.
Lift: Once the bond loosens, use the cuticle pusher to gently lift the edges. Do not pull with force. Patience protects your natural nails and preserves your art pieces.
Clean: Remove any remaining residue with your nail file.
Note: Liquid glue may require a specific glue remover.
How to take care of the nails?
The 2-Hour Rule: Avoid water for 2 hours after application to allow the bond to set.
Chemical Safety: Keep the back of the nails away from alcohol, and keep the set away from polish remover, as these can destroy the top coating or make the tips brittle.
Daily Protection: Wear gloves when washing dishes. Do not use your nails as tools to open cans or packages.
Heat & Maintenance: Avoid long hot baths or soaking, which can weaken glue and damage the top coats, especially for matte designs. Do not trim or cut the press-ons, as this breaks the protective seal and causes chipping.
Pro Tip: If they lose their shine, use an alcohol wipe to restore the gloss!
